File it stages the loop (next morning it's written into the right STATE.md, then it leaves here). Done / drop removes it. Use the note box for @c (do it) / @strategy (Friday queue) / notes / spin-off tasks. Set an exact date if you want a hard deadline rather than a bucket.

All tasks — what fits the time I have

Grouped by topic (decision topics first, then by project). Each row has ✓ done · ⏸ park · ✕ drop inline. Tap a row to open the fold for details — importance / time / due / who / project, a park-until date or condition, or a note to Claude (@c bring up · !c do it · @strategy Friday queue). Decision topics fold their sub-checks; switch the bucket filter to Decision to see parked topics. Everything queues into one batch — fire it from the bar at the bottom.
